This guide is designed for new sellers, offering a step-by-step tutorial to navigate the DAREN platform effectively. Learn how to manage orders, deliver services on time, withdraw funds securely, and communicate efficiently with buyers. Our objective is to ensure you have all the tools for a seamless transaction process, enhancing your selling experience on DAREN.

1. Log in to the DAREN Platform:

Log into your DAREN account. If you are using it for the first time, it is suggested to read the DAREN Registration Process (PC Version)

2. Manage Orders:

Regularly log in to the DAREN platform to check for new orders or inquiries from buyers.
Use the platform’s communication tools to discuss service details and delivery deadlines with buyers.

After an order is placed, you can track the order status in real-time through the “My Order” feature.

3. Deliver Services:

Complete and deliver the service on time as agreed.
Submit the completed order on the DAREN platform.
Submitting an order will consume a certain amount of on-chain gas fees, so please ensure your wallet has sufficient balance.

4. Withdraw Funds:

After the buyer confirms satisfaction with the service, you can immediately withdraw the funds.
If the buyer does not confirm the order on the platform, sellers can automatically withdraw funds 7 days after submitting the order
The withdrawal operation will consume a certain amount of on-chain gas fees, so please ensure your wallet has sufficient balance.

5. Email Notifications:

The DAREN platform will notify you of updates to the order status at different stages of the transaction via email.
Keep your email address accurate and check regularly to get the latest information.
