DAREN features a unique “Arbitration” function. This feature allows buyers to receive a refund for their payment if the seller fails to provide feedback or does not respond after payment. Let’s explore how to apply for arbitration below.
1. Arbitration Conditions:
- Buyers can request arbitration after payment and before confirming the order.
- Since sellers can automatically withdraw funds 7 days after submitting the order, buyers need to request arbitration within 7 days of the seller’s order submission.
2. Accessing the My Order Page:
- Log in to your DAREN account.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner to enter the “My Order” page.
3. Finding the Relevant Order:
- Find the order you wish to apply for arbitration in the “My Order”.
4. Applying for Arbitration:
- Click on the order, then select “Request Arbitration” or a similar option.
5. Submitting Evidence:
- In the arbitration application form, detail your situation and why you are dissatisfied with the service.
- Submit relevant text and photo evidence. Ensure all evidence is clear and pertinent.
6. Generating an Arbitration Order:
- After submitting evidence, the system will generate an arbitration order.
- You can view this order in the “Mini Court”.
7. Arbitration Period:
- Orders entering the Mini Court will have a 7-day arbitration period.
- During this period, users holding DAREN Judge NFTs can vote on the arbitration order.
8. Arbitration Results and Withdrawal:
- After 7 days, the arbitration result will be announced.
- The winning party can withdraw funds.
9. Arbitration Fees and Voting Rewards:
- A 10% service fee will be charged for the arbitration process.
- After the arbitration ends, when the winning party withdraws, voting rewards will be distributed in DT form among users who participated in voting.
10. Email Notifications:
- DAREN platform will notify you by email at various stages of arbitration, including updates on order status.
- Please ensure your email address is correct and check your emails regularly.
Please note that arbitration is an important and serious process and should only be initiated if there is a firm belief in having sufficient grounds. Ensure that the evidence you provide is accurate and precise to facilitate a smooth arbitration process. If you encounter any problems during the arbitration application process, refer to DAREN platform’s help documents or contact customer service for assistance.
